Those are the postures of the sarvangasana cycle that I practice everyday. There are also the padmasana in sarvangasana postures, that I will add to another picture later.
Those postures are wonderful to the body and they are quite easy to do. I also don’t practice none of those when I have my period.
Usually, I stay 3 minutes in sarvangasana, but the book “Light on Yoga” advises 5 minutes minimum. These postures are great for my spine, neck and core and they also warm the body.
Sarvangasana is considered to be “The mother of all asanas” and it has great benefits for our overall health and well-being.
