Easy vegan soup

Whenever I have no time to cook, I make myself a delicious vegetable soup. This one was awesome. And it’s very easy:

1 cup pumpkin (in chunks)

1 cup potatoes (in chunks)

half carrot

String beans

Olive oil & chives (optional)

Let the vegetables and a bit of salt cook for about 15 minutes, and blend it carefully until it’s creamy.

Decorate with olive oil and chopped chives.
