I’ve made a very simple video telling a little bit of my story and talking about the 3 most important practices that have been helping me to recover, namely:

1. Daily yoga practice
2. Plant-based diet
3. Daily meditation at sunrise and sunset

Only 3 little steps, yet, so powerful.

The audio is creepy, and the subtitles have their own personality, so, I need you to be patient.

Nonetheless, I think it’s a good way to start a conversation!

I love texts, pictures and stuff, but a video is much more alive.
