Connect with Nature

I believe that we all know how much nature is important to our well-being, and to be connected with the sun, the moon, the trees, the ocean and to nature in general is a great source of healing and good energy.

As I live close to beaches, I always felt a deep conexion with this landscape. Being in a beach makes me instantly feel better – I know I’m not alone in this.

The blue sky, the blue or green ocean, the sound of the waves, the smell of the fresh air, the trees, the white sand. Everything seems to be designed to relax you, to make you feel comfortable, to invite you to enjoy.

I deeply believe in the healing power of walks in the nature for us to naturally heal from anxiety and depression, and also to give more peace of mind and something called “grounding”, which is simply our connection to this Earth, to this physical life.

We all need to be firmly and safely grounded in order to be healthy. There are many grounding techiques and specific asanas that are suited to help us ground better, like the standing poses.

Energy healers are also experts in grounding and can help us to root deeper into this loving Earth. We are part of the Earth and she loves us.
